Ideology behind the Image

      We picked the image for our blog to be this holy pegasus type creature because it represents the central conflict behind the play that everything stems off of. Everything starts when Elesin Oba, the King's Horseman, is expected to die so that he can bring the dead King his horse in heaven, and when the choice to do that is taken away from him, we get the first conflict of the play.
